FS7: TVC with Leica R lenses

This is a spot I shot recently.
As the title says, shot on FS7 with Leica R (slr) lenses.

Settings: Cine EI - S-Gamut3.Cine
Codec: 4k XAVC-I in 60 fps (baby shot in HD 120)
Grade: Custom in Davinci Resolve

Looks great and the Leicas are a great choice for the camera. I shot a short currently in festival on them too. wonderful rendition.

Yeah I do love the "Leica look" in this case. I find the newer cinema Leicas too sharp and clean for my liking.
Do you have this short uploaded somewhere?

I like this video. Well done to the OP!

Yes I, too, think it is right on the edge of being a little too 'log' in the look but is very close to being right.

Also I guess when watched on a TeeVee it would have more punch than a computer monitor.

Genuinely not sure what you mean. There is plenty of saturation and contrast in that video. So confused.

Nice work. Agree with Ben. Only the shot of the baby in front of window seems like it maybe could use more punch in the contrast.

I wanted the whole commercial to have this "soft" feel although we shot it in the cold harsh winter. It comes through in everything - the lighting and the grade as well.

I agree.. the baby shot stands out but that's because I the lens had fogged up from the cold.
Although I waited quite long it to acclimatize it still fogged up again when shooting but on set it seemed usable - so we just went with it.
