TV Station Submission ?

Need a little help. I'm still getting use to the HVX200a and I've shot my first commercial with it. I shot this spot at 23.98 fps / 24p and my framing is 960 x 720. If someone here was so kind to point me in the right direction of which format is best that would be awesome ! I'm worried about it stretching and the frame rate being right. I edited this on a DVCPRO HD 72060p timeline in FCP 6.


I asked the TV station for it's submission requirements and this is what I got

Ok so I'm really confused and I'm just burning things out to see what they look like.


Can anyone walk me thru how to obtain the best standard DVD results from a HVX200a DVCPRO HD 72024p - FCP - Compressor - DVD workflow ?



Just in case, here's what I'm working with.

Mac G5 dual 2.0 ghz 6 gigs of ram
FCP 6
HVX200a
FS 100
