Don't confuse Tv mode with 'Television' - it stands for Time variable, meaning you set the exposure time (1/50 or 1/60) while your iris will be all over the place auto-exposing. Best to stick with M (manual) only.

Yes i did some night testing your wright Scott manual all the way

What do you think of the tamrom24-7- lens 2.8 i am using it now.

I haven't used the 24-70 2.8 but I have heard good reports about it - certainly more economical than a comparable Canon. I find the momentary auto-focus before recording to be quite helpful with the MkIII in a run & gun situation when using my 24-105 f4 L lens.

I had a job shoot last night we use 5d2 and 5d3 and i notice that my 5d3 with the sd card 64 gig had only 29.9 minute remaining . It's a fully formated sd card and it will stay there while the 5d2 using cf card time remaing went down after recording is that a problem or it can read the sd card capacity?
I notice that cannon 24 to 105 on the 5d2 was sharper and less warm than tamron
