Tutorial Site

Hey guys, alright, Im only 16, and I really want to start a site of my own. Mainly I want to aim it at video based tutorials for things like photoshop, after effects and web development (all of which I have a fair amount of knowledge in). However, Im having a little bit of trouble figuring out one of two things, and the people here are always really great so I thought I might run it past you all.

1. The first is, I wasn't particularly sure what exactly it is I should do some tutorials about. Obviously introductions and a few projects are easy, but some ideas would really be great.

2. This might not even be a question for this thread, but hey I might as well ask, where exactly I should get my first set of visitors from.

3. Also any idea for how you would like to see a site such as this set up would be fantastic.

as for the tutorials, man always make em about what you wish you knew about the last project you worked on. This will make them them always helpful.
Your traffic will have to come virally unless you have a budget to advertise. This means you posting lots wiht your addy in the sig, always offer up some free help. This will give folks a reason to come around. Thats the bottom line... proper bait.
