tutorial for FX with FCP

I am looking tutorial on how to do the "vibrating" "scattering" FX in final cut pro.

is there any plug in for this?

I watched the whole video and didn't see what you were talking about. There was a little something in the beginning that looked like it could have been a combination of speed ramping and jump cuts, but that was about it. Mind giving us a time marker, so we know where to look?

I'm guessing he means around 0:53 seconds where there's a small snap zoom towards the guy's face, then there's a bunch of fast cuts? In any event, these aren't really effects - the first is just a fast manual zoom, the second is just using a combination of fast cutting and sound effects to create that effect.
