I am trying to setup my atr55 on my 100b but the sound doesn't seem to be recording I have the xlr plug into the channel 1. The channel 1 plug is set to "mic." and the channel 1 is set to on. It it sounds very quite in playback. And since i can't even figure that out it is hard for me to figure out when I need to use the regular function on the mic and when to set it to tele. Any help please thank you. I just bought the dvx100b. Does anyone know what the hell the AGC display means on the lcd when it's in auto mode. I was trying to figure out what adjustment the auto mode makes to figure out how to manipulate the camera myself more effectively but the user manual is certainly no help.
