Trying to find the best quality to Preview Footage...DVI, Component, AJA, Blackmagic?

My last post led me to propose this new question. Probably the question I should have asked first. What is the best way to watch HD footage on an LCD Computer monitor?
( I have the Dell 2405 model) Should I be going through the DVI hookup OR do I need to get the AJA card or Blackmagic card and go out component?

I'm doing the DVI thing right now, and I'll have to say I'm very dissappointed with the quality. I doubt it's a problem with my monitor because the footage looks great when I view footage straight out of my HVX200 camera and hook it up through the RGB inputs.

Could some of you please post how your previewing your footage!

thanks

We have an AJA Kona II that is hooked up to a Panasonic plasma and we're pretty happy with that arrangement!

I would have thought monioring through DVI would have looked pretty good. I wonder what's not right.
