I was asking about this in another thread but I was not getting any answers and I thought I might try my luck just starting a separate thread for this issue. I am in the process of restoring a Panasonic AJ-HDC27HP and AJ-SDX900P Camera body, more directly removing scratches on the top handle and was wondering if anyone knew the color of paint I should use? I tried both matte and enamel Black paints on the top handle and its way to dark.. I feel like these cameras are more of a blue black or something.. I figure they were powder coated so I doubt i will match it exactly but I know I can match the color, all I need is a little direction. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.
