Trying to find good music for demo reel

I suppose its not too bad.......your reel doesn't have alot of quick cuts in it so something alittle more mild would be fine......although hearing that music reminds me of playing sim city....

that being said, there are some edits that i would change. You have a nice shot of a chef stirring a fire on a range, you could put that in slow mo where there is that long cymbal crash at the closing of the song. The song is dynamic enough but not taking the focus away from your footage....which is what you are looking for anyways.
 
I thought your reel was a bit short. Could have been longer...
By the way, I have used sim city 4 music in my reels :-)
Try finding some music with more mood to it.
And I would avoid talking heads. Anyone can do that.
