it is as-is
but still works fine in autofocus.
the bad - the manual ring broke off and has been glued back in place, but manual focusing does not work, but auto and push focus work. Also the LCD was hack to flip the image, and now it always stays on.
other than that it works great. It is just sitting in my room next to my A1
would be a fun camera if you want it. I put in the wide angle adaptor and 970 battery.
