Hopefully not too late to weigh in. I've had both the Trusmt NF2 and the Lanparte follow focus. Both are excellent with no backlash as far as I can see, but for me the Lanparte takes it for just a few reasons. The middle adjustment knob on the Trusmt is unnecessary and I think could just contribute to play in the system, I prefer only the bottom adjustment slide. The actual cog itself is pure metal on the Lanparte whereas it's plastic on the Trusmt. I found that when using heavy focus rings on manual lenses that if slippage occurred it could fray the plastic on the Trusmt cog. The metal Lanparte however is totally solid. The final reason is the grip itself, the Lanparte feels better made and is rubber rather than hard plastic and feels much better in the hand in my opinion. However, if the price was leaps and bounds difference the Trusmt is still a bloody good option, I just think the Lanparte has the edge on it.
