I'm using the GH1 (hacked) and move the dial to M mode and setup my aperture and shutter speed as I need, and the ISO is showing 100 (this shows the exposure meter is centre). Then when I press video record the ISO changes to AUTO.
Is this correct?
When I move the camera around the screen changes light/dark as if the ISO is changing depending on the shot, this is confirmed when I play back the video.
I've only had it a few days so wondering if I missing something.

EDIT: I found that if I move the dial to "Creative Motion Picture Mode" I can then choose M in the exposure setting and all works as I expect.
Should I only use this particular mode for videoing?
