i'm in BFE and had the sony 14x zoom for the f3 sent to me. is there something special i need to do to make this lens work? the focus and iris are completely unresponsive. spin the wheel, nothing happens. nothing. engage auto focus, iris or zoom and there is no response at all. i don't see any evidence of damage....
the folks in the production office and the rental house are going to think i'm crazy. this lens was sent out to replace another zoom they sent me, which came apart into two pieces when i took it out of the case.
