Trouble installing lates Firmware update 1.15

Anyone else having issues installing the firmware update? I've tried multiple times and keep getting "check card" on the camera. I have verified the file structure but still having issues. The only difference I can think of is I'm on a Mac...if that matters...
 
Thanks for the link adeath. I ended up pulling an PC laptop off the shelf and tried with that and it worked...but I will download the above because I'm on Mac's 99.9999% of the time.

Along these lines...is it just me or does Panasonic make it really difficult to get this information? I only found out about the firmware update because I happened to be a "fan" of B&H on Facebook....I now know of the above thanks to you...Panasonic needs to streamline this info.
 
I treat my cameras like I treat Final Cut Pro. I don't update anything unless I have to. I like stability. There are so many moving parts in the world of NLE that I find best to leave well enough alone. I haven't updated my HPX300 since I did it when I first bought it to enable the FBC function. I do agree that some sort of mailing list might be nice. They offer the P2Statuslogger to help keep track of your cameras and their available updates. I downloaded it but could not get it to see my 100 yet. I am going to hook up my 300 and see if I can see it. I guess all I can say is logon onto the Panny PASS site and keep up with the latest news.

Thank you for the kind words. Please call me Alex and a shout out to my small employer is always appreciated. Realize I spend most of my paid time studying gear and workflow to make sure everything here hums along.
