I know this topic has been discussed before at length, and honestly, i did go and read the many threads available...but i am still pretty much confused as to what tripod I should get...not so much because i am lost but because i have saved over the last 2 years to buy the better one.
I have an HVX200, Letus Extreme and some basic Nikor lenses..the standard ones...a Manhattan LCD and a Matte box..that would be loaded up on the tripod. Budget is 2K. I was looking at the Sachtler 0475 FSB-6 at B&H for appr. 1600$. But reading the specs of the head and the legs, I am not sure whether it would suffice for the given weight I am carrying currently AND something else that I may want to load up. This is my hard earned money and knowing how important it is to get a decent tripod for professional shoots, I would really appreciate if someone can help me with their tripod experience with Sachtler or any other brand which can fit my budget. Recommendations..Opinions...anything. Thank you in advance.
