tripod plus head together forever

When I put together my bogen tripod and the head for shooting I put them together ;D

After shooting .... can I just leave the head and sticks together or should I separate them until next shot?

I've never taken mine apart. Not sure why you'd want to, other than possible storage concerns . . . ?

Everyone I know keeps them together. Mine is kept together. No reason to take off the head unless you want to put it on something else (or store it differently, for some reason). ;D

Yeah, keep your head on! ;D ;D ;D

Basically, you could take the head off the sticks for portabilty when flying or to put the head on something else like a jib or hi-hat.
