I bought this TH-M20 tripod in March of 2009 and have been using it for weddings and events with a Panasonic HMC150. Any camera of this size/weight (or smaller) will work with this tripod. It has been treated well and has only cosmetic wear & tear. Everything works smoothly. It uses the included quick-release plate with 1/4'-20 threads.
I am selling because I upgraded tripods. I upgraded because this one has no counterbalance or drag selection. This tripod is best if your camera rig is balanced. Front- or rear-heavy rigs will be more frustrating to handle on this tripod. It is great for lightweight jobs.
I am asking $120, or best offer. Buyer pays shipping (probably about $20 or $25). Paypal is fastest, but I will accept a check or money order.
