So what tripod/head are people using with their F3? I'm looking to upgrade and I'm curious what you are using. I want something that will handle a fully geared up F3. I'm leaning toward a Sachtler 18 S1 and the Speed Lock CF Tripod. Mid or floor spreader?
I have that 18 S1 and an HD carbon fibre tripod. The S1 head is nice because you can adjust it to accommodate very light cameras as well. I would always go with a mid spreader, the floor spreaders are a huge pain to work with.
