Me and my production company are looking to upgrade and we are in the process of buying an HPX500, but are having a little trouble deciding on the tripod we should be using. At NAB, B&H told us to get the Cartoni Laser Pro Series 105 Model, but a guy at Cartoni told us we could get by using their Focus Pro Series 102 Model. The laser pro costs about 3200 while the focus pro costs about 1400. Our budget dictates we could go as high as around 3500 for a tripod, but was wondering if their was a major difference between the two tripods? Both are listed with payloads of up to 22lbs.
