This is a short film/edit that my friend directed and edited with filming help from me. Everything was shot during this summer with six different cameras which are listed in the video description. He edited it with mostly Adobe Premiere Pro 5.5 with singe clip editing in After Effects 5.5 and Final Cut Pro X. We would love for feedback from you guys to help us progress our skills in the industry. Thanks!

Take this how you want to, coming from a traceur and coach of six years- While the vid was a good demo of tricking, PLEASE don't call it parkour, as you did when you were explaining to that lady what you are doing-"Parkour. Have you heard of it? You know, flipping?" I'm seriously not trying to rag, I just love my art and I do appreciate the sister arts of tricking and freerunning-when it's clear what they are. Pk isn't a catchall term, so please do use it as such. While similar, these are three distinct arts.

About to watch the vid now. How long have you been training?
Both people in the video have been doing it for around 3 years or so, but have been trampoline-ing for much longer

he agrees with you completely and knows what parkour is but only said that word because it's somewhat recognizable and we were trying to explain to the lady what we were doing
