Travelng from USA to Ireland with DVX200

I have shot in Brazil, Canada, the UK and Ireland. Most chargers (including the HVX/DVX) are 110v/220v compatible, which means you only need to adapt the plug. Same with laptop chargers. Just check on the power supply before plugging in.

Transformers are needed for non-compatible devices such as lights, curling irons, home appliances...etc. Transformers are a lot more expensive and do not do the best job. You might be better off renting or buying the other non-compatible items you need over there.
