Trash Day < A New Comedy

Hey guys just wanted to share a comedy we made last weekend titled Trash Day. It's unique for my style of comedies but i thought it was worth sharing and i hope you enjoy it!

Hey there. Not bad on the technical side. The sound was solid all the way through and the music wasn't bad either. Cinematography was decent, but I think you might want to mix up the shallowness of your dof. Gets a bit tiring seeing every single shot so shallow. Also, the going in and out of focus works well for some genres, but not comedy. At least not for me.

Storywise, I wasn't crazy about it. There was no motivation for the guy to even let Tom into his house in the first place. Simply because he knew his first name? And maybe I'm just slow, but I didn't get the ending either. Could you maybe explain it? Or is it not supposed to make sense?

Well, it wasn't just because he knew his name, but because he claimed to be family. Of course once the wife said she didn't know him he wanted to kick him out.

As far as the end there really wasnt anything to get. The cops came, they left, and leaving the couple just as confused.
