Transferring to HDCAM?

I found a link where someone asked about transferring their footage to a Sony HDCAM tape. I'm guessing they wanted to know this because some film festivals that accept 35mm may also accept HDCAM. The only response to the old post was Barry who said that a transfer house should be able to do it. I've been having a hard time finding one that does. Right now all I'm finding are transfers to 1080i 30fps. But there must be someone that does 24p. Anyone know of any? If I can transfer to HDCAM that'll save me (and anyone who's in the same situation) thousands. It's frustrating that I made a good film (lets say it got accepted, for the sake of this argument) for very little, and then have to spend over 5x what it cost to put it on 35mm, so it can be viewed. That makes me sick. Shane Carruth said it cost, what, $25,000 to transfer to 35mm? A transfer house in Seattle will put 120 min to 1080i 30fps for $800. Insane.

Transfer to HDCAM 1080i. On tape you have DV 480i (even if you shot and edited 24p, it still gets recorded on DV tape as 480/60i). So a transfer to 1080/60i is the right thing to do.
