transfering user files

Hi,
I have several hvx200 cameras. I rent them out, and when they get back the menus are always customized to the way the user likes them and not the way i like them. I figured i'd just go to option 8 and save the user settings and scene files to SD. They seem to be there on the first camera, but when i put the sd in another cam it says all the files are empty. Any idea how to fix this so i can easily make all my cams have identical settings?

In case any one googles and comes across this....

Save user files from both camera's in different files. (make one file 1 make one file 2)

Put the SD card in a computer and browse through all the folders. Open the 2 user files. Keep the title part describing the camera's type and name but copy and past the rrest of the data from one to the other. Now one file is recognized by one cam and one by the other, but they have the same data. I think this extra step is needed if going from a 200a to a 200 or 200 to 200a.
