This is the wrong forum I'm sure the only reason why I'm posting this here is I'm a HPX170 shooter. A prospects wants to know if it is possible to transfer my stuff in the Content Folder to CF cards after I dump my Folder onto a laptop.

Probably not I think. Any ideas?

Thanks

I dont know why that would be preferable to him bringing a HD for you to dump to, but whatever... Just make sure if you are going to do so you copy the EVERYTHING over, including the contents folder and the lastclip.txt. Doing anything else is asking for problems.

But yea, while you could dump to CF cards, I don't really get why. Just feels like the beginning of a problem story...

Just make sure to back it all up on the laptop if he is not persuaded... that way you can save the day when it all goes wrong.

P2 data is just data like any other. As long as you keep the file structure intact, you can store it on anything. Some things are more useful than others, of course.
