I am having an issue when transcoding (Log and Transfer) in FCP 7. Everything that was shot in 1080 24P transcodes just fine, but anything shot in 60p that I try to transcode crashes Final Cut. There is nothing wrong with the footage because the issue does not happen when I transcode the same footage on my laptop. I must have some plugin that is causing the issue but I cannot figure it out. Any ideas??
When the application crashes it says that the issue may have been caused by the Perian plug-in, but I cannot find this plug-in when I do a search...where might this be? Thanks,
