Transcend sdhc card not initializing on mac laptop

I've had issues with Transcend cards. I ONLY use ScanDisk Extreme and Panasonic, both class 10.
 
That is an SDXC card I believe. What version of OSX are you running? SDXC support was added to Snow Leopard in 10.6.4 I believe. Also, if you are using an external SD card reader, make sure it supports SDXC as well.

Does the SD Card File Recovery software on the CD that came with the AF100 address your problem?
