Great footage, IMO. Looks Film-like to me.

Trailer voice-over was like "Bleh". Not so interested in the concept, but that's probably just me. But it looks GREAT dude. Nice focus pulling.

Wanna give some feedback on the settings and glass you used for the Mini35?

Looks incredibly sharp. It may be partly because of the small window, but I'm sure it still looks great otherwise. I won't comment on the story...

It looks very sharp. Suprisingly so.

Did you use an unsharp mask or filter or something? HVX normally doesn't look this sharp. At least not from what I've seen.

I've noticed using one of those masks/filters on HVX footage brings out the noise. Is that just me?
 
Hard to quantify here. What were you going for? I'd say it looks the most video like.. but not in a bad way. Just this is a tricky type of flick to pull off.

Yeah, on a third review I can see some "video" as well. For the most part, though, I see film-like. Something's telling me that my eyes are broken.

I guess everyone really does see different!
 
it's not that anyone's eyes are broken, merely untrained. it's the same as learning to see compression, or learning to hear intervals.

nice focus pulling though ;-)
