trailer to skateboard video

Looks like it. You can see where he starts to pump to get speed and when he is just gliding.

when i filmed skateboards years ago, i used inlines. It's easier to balance and get going again with less shake.
 
the shaddow says yes, it is a dvx. i would assume other video effects for the vintage look. Well done on that. I love the simplicity, but cleanliness of the titles!

i think we need to establish some standards when exporting video for show here on DVXUser. This issue is futher substantiated with the harry potter thread.

This would greatly help in watching and discussing video quality and all that.

that was shot with a dvx100. i recently got a dvx100b, the super 8 was shot on pro8mm with a classic pro8mm camera. aka a bealieu.
 
that was made about july of 2005. all the footage is old. ive since been working on alot more. the video is going to be done in august of 2006.
 
cool looking video... i'm from the boston area and definately noticed some spots, ohhh the memories. i noticed right after your title in the transition there was something that happened like a bright spot or burnt look. how was that effect achieved.
 
that was a film run out. i shot alot of super 8 from www.pro8mm.com and had it transferred to mini dv. thanks for liking it. im going to have more trailers and stuff to put up once this snow is all gone.
