Inspired( I stole his idea ) by Doddle Guy's Movie of the year thread....I'd like to know which trailer gave you guys and gal(s) goosebumps.

The Inception trailer did nothing for me but I love the movie.
The Last airbender Trailer had me saying Hercules Hercules but we all know what happened !

My trailer for the year 2010 is
Resident evil 3d in 3d !

makes/made the movie seem so important what with that song (creep? radiohead choir remix..?)

Well edited and such of course. And I like the use of images that are opposite of what the lyrics say (well, some of them. ....well, the "want you to notice" part and it shows a woman covering her
face, not wanting to be noticed)

> edit: just watched Butatta's reply/post..... he wins. That film makes the godfather look cheesy.

Might not qualify since the movie comes out next year but, The Adjustment Bureau http://www.imdb.com/video/imdb/vi2768439065/. But for movies this year I would have to say Inception for the simple fact that it gave away Nothing. That's what makes a trailer a good trailer. I really had no idea what the movie was about until I sat down in the theater.

Birdemic is scientifically unpossible because we all know eagles prey on the bunnies .
but still the trailer had me at the Hi five !

Jack Goes Boating: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qy2LHwzPtno

Particularly once Fleet Foxes comes in (last song). "It's getting deep. Let's go a little deeper."

Rabbit Hole: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLrzt71dfAI

The shot of the clothes spiraling under water in the washing machine is a fantastic image.

Blue Valentine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYgr_iGATB4&feature=channel

Short and sweet. I love the song. I first saw the trailer after I'd seen the film though so I can't judge for sure.

The most-liked Youtube comment is "even the trailer is f*cking boring," so I don't think many will agree with me that it's a good trailer.

I haven't seen this film yet, but the trailer is great.

I agree that Tree of Life looks amazing. The Social Network was another great trailer already posted.
