Trailer I shot...DVX100a...Check...Bad Acting...Check...T&A...Affirmative

OH MY!! That was cool. I wouldn't say it had bad acting....I thought it was pretty good. I must say....the breasts were *MAG-NIFF-EEK*!! Best trailer of 05'!! I'm ready for more!!

Theodore_Lederman - first of all, nice, very nice, very impressive. I have a simple question for you. I have tried many different settings and compressor types to prodcue quicktime trailers and have not been able to produce high quality results with a small file size. Would you be so kind as to share the compressor and output settings that you used to create this trailer. Thanks for the help.

BOOBIES!!! YAY!!! That's what this forum needs.

I've got to admit, while watching the trailor, I did notice the my - uh - senses were being stimulated . . .

I mean looks good. Some of the acting was questionable, but the shots, color, camera movement, and boobies all looked professional.
 
T and A? That's get your attention.

This looks solid; and the subject matter is well done. No really. The lighting on this looks superb. You have so many shots of the female form that are lighted perfectly; my favorite being the one of the woman standing infront of the long mirror with the light coming from the right side. The overhead moving shot of the all of the food on the table is a great looking shot.

Looks great. Beautiful brunette. Looks very professional

Yes, agreed, your trailor was great! I enjoyed the rim lighting most. I also liked the low light shots in general; nice subtleties.

Thanks guys...THis is from an 80 minute feature I shot in 12 days...I really wanted all the nudes to look artistic, and the girls were really happy....But the script was dumb and the acting wasn't the greatest...Hey, what can they expect when the entire budget is 50 grand...Not sure on the compression and file sizes I just shoot them...Thanks, Johnny, that's my favorite shot too...Nothing but a little negative fill...Congrats on you 10,000th post....

very funny...that's a catering budget....Seriously, I'm getting ready to shoot a feature in HI Def and at 4.5 million they're struggling
 
Fifty grand!!!!!You act like that is chump change! Damn what I would do for fifty grand. My feature cost like $5,000, and I feel like I broke the bank.
 
So when you say catering budget do you mean you just fed these people and that was all the payment required? I ask these questions because I like to see the thinking that goes into creativity because it rubs off on me :).

The story does seem stupid. It really seems that it's supposed to be a softcore erotic feature for television thing you watch late at night at the shitty channel.

But I have to agree here, that cinamatography is excellent. What did you have to light this?
