Did look at the flash trailer, you gotta love a man with a hook!
Although I didnt this time.
Everything is there. Lighting/ Shots OK, Acting-Ummm, It seemed a little sterile to me, sorry. I think it's the story. Coke, Man with Hook, Young guy with guitar, Man with Hook not happy...Watch out! For that man with the hook!...Oh no it's the man with the hook, do you think he wants that coke??? I think youve gone for image over story this time. Sorry but I tell it as I see it. Good work for completing another project. It's a long road this filmmaking lark.

shots looked alright....lighting good....but from waht i can see from the story, it looks like you tried to takle a bit much. Like a hook, and coke, and a guy with a mask...all wiht semi talented actors who semi fit the role? well I only saw the flash trailer, but it seem like ther might be too much in this... just an opinion

Some of the stuff looked great... some pretty rough
The opening shots with the squished video was REALLY annoying. I almost considdered stopping it just because of that. It should have been done in widescreen or some other way to avoid that horrible stretched image.
However, once tha was over, most of it looked really good. The guy with the hook is awesome. He looks like he could be a hollywood actor. Love the shots of him against the wall. The lighting is superb.
Just keep working on techniques and it'll be awesome!

Just make sure you have a good story 
cos looking at the trailer I would not pay to see the movie. Make sure you have a story ok? Otherwise you will shoot something which is not gonna be any good. I am serious.
But it is better to make a not very good movie that not doing it at all.
You'll learn a lot by just doing it. Next time you wont do the same mistakes. Enjoy!
