tracking HVX book

So I filled out the form (on Panny's website) to receive my free HVX book. I received no email to say that the request was received. Is there any way to track the progress of this request? And what is the typical turnaround time? If the request is denied for some reason, will I know?

And whatever happened to Christy McNichol? Ooops, sorry. One too many questions.

Jan said it would be 2-3 weeks till we got the book but there were too many people to give out tracking numbers. That said, it's been about three weeks for some of us and we still have yet to get a book...
 
almost month now. i filled out the paper form and mailed it in. It must have got there before the online form got posted or right when the online form was posted, so im still waiting :(
 
I know...I can barely wait, I have so many unanswered questions!! The book will really help.
 
ive already got a book that me and my partner bought, but hes had it the whole time :( what a book hog !

hes been our DP on all of the jobs weve taken so he should have it anyways.
 
I got the book today in the mail from Panasonic. I'll be doing some reading tonight!
