The updates don't seem to make any difference. My biggest concern is that upon my last camera exchange with JVC , is that they gave me either one of my old cameras (remeber this is camera #4 that I've exchanged) or someone elses used camera. I don't think the camera was one of my old ones, as the drum hours didn't add up. But I am concerned that I received someone elses defective camera. All the evidence is there. Drum and fan hours logged, scuffs and scratches on the camera. I was told I would be receiving a camera from their latest line. They simply forwarded me a refurbished reject. What's the point in recycling shite. When will enough be enough, and they finally acknowlege the defect in the product, and offer a recall for a working unit. Please track your serial numbers if you are exchanging for another camera.
