Touchscreen Issues - 7Q (Firmware 2015.8)

I am now getting limited / shoddy touch screen response on the my 7Q (using latest patch firmware 2015.8)

The only fix is to cycle the the Screen Lock button. This was never an issue with previous firmware versions. (I've been using FS7Q system for about 18 months and run through 4 or 5 firmware versions)

Is this a common problem and is there a solution for this?

Try doing a full RESET, located in the * menu. This can sometimes clear conflicting settings. The next firmware update should improve the touchscreen response more.

My 7Q+ does this also my tip is to push the lock screen button on the side of the unit once then again to disable screen lock and then it begins to respond again.

The 2015.12 firmware introduced the Apollo Option. Anyone with an Odyssey7Q/7Q+ can download the new firmware and try out the Apollo Option in demo mode.
