David - can you ask your brother if he remembers what the aircraft carrier was called?  I think you were right on the Corsairs - were P51s even carrier based?
Flying Aces Attack Carrier.

Re: Top 100 Toys

I think this had one gray and one blue Corsair. I remember the catapults being very violent - though the planes still didn't go very far...

Must... locate... this... toy! Okay, one-million dollars to the first person who finds a NIB version for me.*

*Note: Despite the offer seemingly indicated above, overlandfilms does not have one-million dollars. However, overland films will buy the party who locates a NIB version of the Flying Aces Attack Carrier Playset a handsome chamois eyepiece for their DVX100(a) camcorder. Offer expires December 31, 2005.

Re: Top 100 Toys

Yeah, good luck.  I've been searching for it.  So, incidentally, has my brother. None to be found, let alone NIB . . .

Re: Top 100 Toys

Yeah, but is your brother offering ONE MILLION DOLLARS? **

** Please see offer rules and conditions above.

Re: Top 100 Toys

David,

I think you and I need to get together and collaborate on a segment for the Dead Nation project. I've got a concept for a piece we could do specific to the NC and a new toy I'm building for use with the DVX.

It's going to be a busy winter in the garage... [insert sounds of sawing, welding, bleeding, cursing and hammering]
