tool kit for axp 5.8

i just got the studio tool kit for my axp 5.8 and it keeps saying dio run time error? how do i fix this? please help

im still having trouble, i called avid and i was told the reason why it dont work is because i have windows service pak 3 and not pak 2 is this true? if i want to keep service pak 3 i have to upgrade to amc or can downgrade to service pak 2 and then it will work with out having to get amc is that true? if so how do i get sp2 and can i go back to sp3 at any time? ive always wanted amc but not sure if my computer can handle it, i have windows xp pro sp3 intel r pentium r 4 cpu 2.8 ghz 2.8 ghz 2.00 gb of ram?
 
I used to run a 5.2 Studio Toolkit and would get a dio mismatch error after installing and launching Avid, is this what you are getting? If I remember correctly, I had to reinstall the dio runtime component after installing the toolkit. Of course I'm not sure if that will matter is there are OS issues.
 
i got the dio runtime while trying to install the toolkit. what i did was took out avid from my computer and installed the tool kit first and then installed avid and it finally worked. i had to do backwards but it worked. thanks for the reply.
