Hey everyone, I put together as equence of some of my timelapse shots to music and uploaded it to vimeo. All shots are ungraded. 99% without the letus extreme, just sony wide angle adapter. Ex Slow shutter 16 and interval recording at 1 frame a second.
PP was mostly Cine1 whic gave alot of detail in the balcks when i slow shutter mode.

Let me know what you think. Thanks.

This was interesting. I liked the composition as a whole, the one thing I really wanted to see was a time lapse shot walked with the crowds. That would have been cool. Nice work, did you shoot yourself?

Very cool stuff. I know that you did not grade the footage, but many shots were a little hot. I would be curious to see if grading could bring back some of the details in the hot spots. Bringing the blacks down a little might also be nice.

Did it take you a long time to shoot? You must have a lot of patience! Did the police ever give you any problems? They bother me the most when I am using a tripod. Maybe it's different in Tokyo. I bet it looks awesome on a big HDTV.

thanks. yes, shot it all myself whenever I had a spare evening I would walk around my neighbourhood and get some shots. If I had more time I would have tried some tracking shots with the mizar motor mount tripod head.

I didnt feel like it took a long time to shoot. it was fun to just get out and wonder around finding bridges and interesting angles. Most shots were never more than 10min wait. all up i think I shot over 6 different nights around 3 hours each.
Police and security do hassle me when I have the tripod set up at busy stations or shopping streets but no problem when I have it handheld or sitting on the ground. Tokyo is pretty strict I think. They have privacy laws about filming peoples faces or shop fronts.
I know I should probably have corrected some shots. Ill play around with it when I get a chance. Thanks.
