[SOLD] Tokina 17mm wide prime

[Duke M.]

SOLD

This is a good condition Tokina RMC 17mm f/3.5 lens (Nikon mount). External cosmetic condition is probably 8/10. The glass is much better, clean and clear. $150 shipped within the Con US.

This lens has already had the aperture de-clicked. If anything that leaves the ring a little looser than normal but still good. Its not turning on its own.

Good for a wide angle on the F3, FS100, AF100, etc. Also works on a 7D, T2i, etc with a cheap adapter.

Does this lens have any kind of barrel (fisheye) distortion?

[Duke M.]

It is not a fisheye. All wide lenses have some barrel distortion, but IMO its minimal compared to others.

"[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]It's as sharp as my Nikkors, with much less lateral color fringing. That's the embarrassing part! "[/FONT]

Price drop. $150 for a nice wide declicked 17mm lens with a Nikon mount.

I've sent a PM

[Duke M.]

I was asked for better front and rear pictures of the glass. No touch up done to the photos. The hardest thing is getting close enough without a macro lens and trying to avoid the glare of the flash.

I'm not shipping out of the US. I'm not a store and even Canada has become too much of a hassle.
