Just letting you know that B&H has the Tokina 11-16 f2.8 for Canon in stock. I've been wanting one, keeping an eye open, and today they listed them as in stock. When I called to order it the guy said they're not going to last.

Oddly... I had put my email address in to be notified when the lens came in stock... and never got an email. Luckily I was checking on a regular basis.

Just thought there may be some of you out there wanting to order this lens.

Mark

And B&H is closed for the holidays until Saturday at 8:30pm EST... I'll bet they sell out VERY quickly when online ordering is available again.

Thanks, Mark. I ordered one a couple hours after the store opened last night and I see they're already sold out today.

I was on the email notification list too and didn't hear anything. So thanks again for posting this.

I've been on their email notification for a few things in the past - and honestly it's never worked out.
I do get their emails - but by the time I get them (for high demand items) they are generally already sold out again.
So there seems to be a definite lag in the time something is shown as 'in stock' and the time the emails are sent out.

The few times I was able to grab what I wanted it was because I constantly checked the site myself daily.
