Toast 9 And Cinema Tools- OverCranking 60p Audio Issues

Alright I recently got a HMC150 and I shot a PH 720p/60p clip today and used Toast 9 to transcode (my FCP isn't up to date and I don't believe will transcode for me.) The clip plays perfect at 60p. I go into Cinema Tools to conform the 60p clip to 23.98, just like I did when I used my HVX and 60p. The clips' video comes out great; super smooth slow motion, but the audio lags behind/doesn't play at all. I imported the conformed clip into FCP and noticed it said the audio was 19.2kHz?! I KNOW that is wrong. I am wondering if it's something weird cinema tools is doing or perhaps something that Toast9 did when I transcoded that Cinema Tools didn't like. Since we're going over this, I am open to any suggestions for transcoding settings with Toast since I am relatively new at this. Here is a screenshot of FCP with the clips imported (a 24p clip, 60p clip, and conformed 60p clip Apple ProRes and 60p conformed clip DVCPROHD.)

And here are my Toast 9 Settings:

Apple ProRes 422
Current frame rate
Current size
Apple Lossless 48000kHz

Also whenever I drop my clips down onto my timeline, regardless of conformed 60p or 23.98 clips, I have to render them (red bar on top). Is that normal or is there something wrong?

Let me know if you have any ideas and/or suggestions on better transcode settings/sequence settings. (Sorry if this belongs in WorkFlow)

It could possibly be your version of Toast. There seems to be audio sync issues with anything after version 9.0.2 all though I havet used any audio from my 60p-24p clips yet so I'm not positive that this is the case.

Others were reporting audio sync issues with other Toast 9 transcodes and I didnt have a problem then we discovered they were using 9.0.4 and I was still using 9.0.1. They reverted back and it fixed their problems.

It says my version is 9.0.1 as well. Strange.

Like I said, the clip plays fine right out of Toast. It just gets messed up after I conform it in Cinema Tools.

Yeah I was doing some searching around google a few days ago and noticed some were suggesting that; I'll try Linear

EDIT: Worked, thanks!
