Hey guys I know this is a question with a bonehead simple answer but my skull's too thick to find it right now. I'm working on Avid HD 5.24 and I've created some titles in title tool, layed them in the sequence, and when I try to drop in the Picture and Picture effect on the clip a message pops up that says 'effect does not apply'. I've messed around endlessly with the track selection and monitors and somehow I got it to work once but I don't know how. Any advice would be appreciated to help me take care of this.
