title card for music vid.

Anyone know what the standard title card format (order from top to bottom) for a music should look like. I'm referring to the basic text overlay you see at the beginning of a MTV video or w/e. Also wondering if these title cards are used specifically for MTV only or is it something widespread.

otherwise, how would you go about inserting a "signature" on a music video.
 
that sucks man....if it was just as simple as turning on MTV so you can see a video with an example. too bad you can watch that channel all day now and not see one. sorry, i don't have your answer, but i'm sure someone here will help you out. best of luck.

just found it funny that you had to post that here...what the hell is MTV anymore?
 
yea, I'm gonna just produce my own flavor of tiles for it. I agree - what is MTV today anyway? :D
