I have an a6300, and by and large have been happy with the autofocus as it works with the Sony 35mm 1.8, 16-50mm kit, and 50mm 1.8 OSS lenses.
But with the Batis 85mm 1.8, the autofocus seems very unreliable. It often times doesn't move, and when it does, it snaps into focus in a rather jerky manner. I've tried out two different Batis 85 1.8 lenses, so I don't think it's a problem with *this* particular lens.
I have AF set to continuous and center weighted. Are there any other settings, tips or tricks that I should be trying out/using?
Thanks so much VERY MUCH for your help!!
