What does this have to do with Final Cut Pro?
Was it edited in it, or graded or what?

yea it was edited in fcp 7.
color correction was using magic bullet
glitch spots were using bad tv in fcp
i used the HD gopro in R2 mode which is 72030P
most videos were shot in about an hour or in a few cases 2 hours. the car shots were about 15-20 minutes. all sped up
no pictures at all

Doesn't the GoPro have an option where you can take a still photo every 2 seconds or something?
You should experiment with that feature because it is the best way to shoot time-lapses. You don't end up with the blended frames like you do when speeding up video and you get a much higher quality image to begin with.
