Timelapse Reel

Thanks guys. That is a Volcano eruption it was shot on the Big Island of Hawaii.

The shot above the clouds is also at the top of another volcano on the Island of Maui.

Stunning images. What were your HVX's settings for the night time shots? Shutter speed? And what was the Frame rate? 4fps? I love the shot of the moon! I was wondering how you got the picture so bright at night? Did you tweak any of the picture settings...master pedestal, etc???

The night shots were done with the 2 fps hack. The shutter was set at 350. I did the same thing with the moon shot. At 2fps and with the shutter at 350 you can shoot in some really dark conditions and pick up any available light, its great!
 
When using the frame rate hack which scene file settings are you using? i am experimenting with these options at the moment, i have tried the standard default setting with the hack on but images do not seem to have the same colour,

I use cineV setting as well as drop the master ped to - 4, also make sure your shutter is at 350 for max blur effect. Make sure you white balance and adjust your color setting for the way you want the look.
 
Simply stunning. How'd you get everything widescreen in that quicktime format? I do not know how to get it no matter what tweaking I do. Sorenson Squeeze?
