Timelapse on 5D

Must be a simple thing but, this is my first time using the 5D and I need help on how to do timelapse ! I'll appreciate all your comments.
 
I knew that it would be simple as that ! thanks Chris for your quick respond. Now I have a extra question, how can I achieve slow motion ?? is that possible with in the 5D or has to be in post ?
 
Has to be in post. You could shoot 30p and conform it to 24p to get a little slower. But anything slower than that will have to be done in post.
