Timelapse of San Diego skyline

That's really nice, man! You should consider selling that to a stock footage company... or donate it to DVXuser :-p

No, really though. That looks really good

thanks. this was part of a shoot we're doing for the new Hard Rock Hotel here in SD. got lucky with the clouds just after some rain. the sky hardly ever looks like that here.

thanks all - it was really the moment that made this shot. i just had to put the camera down, get the comp, exposure and let it run. the clouds did the rest of the work. earth is incredible.. isn't it.

Man, I really loved that!

For how long did you lock the camera down?
Love the colors, exposure. It's all great :)

really hard to see on the web but you would be shocked too see how much exaust that cruise ship is blowing.

looks great!

this reminds me of a shot in training day, a timelapse of the Los Angeles skyline, only it was totaly cheated to look like timelapse...and it looked awefull...your is way better...

anyway, nice work, good luck with the project

That looks awesome, it's so fluid.
How did you shoot it? 24pa and then just speed it up, or 60i?
And anything done in post besides just speeding it up?
Again, that looks fricken great.
Thanks,
Justin
