Timelapse Help

Want to enable the Interval menus to do a 1 FPS Timelapse. I know this is easy but I am missing a chip in my brain today!

Also is this my best bet for timelapse?
720 24pn 1 frame shot each second?
can I do this in 1080 mode

Feel free to Flambe me, I am sharper than this! I promise!!
 
Make sure you are in video cam mode. Not film cam mode. Then, you can have access to the interval and frame rec modes.

I am in video cam mode 720p 24pn and the record function option is still blue. What Am I doing!?

Ah. If I remember correctly, it also will not be available when in 24p modes. You have to be in a different frame rate option. 30 or 60 should work.
