Timelapse DXV200 Clip Problem

(I feel like the biggest dummy. I just realized it says DVX200 in the title and in the body. It should all read HVX200. That's what I get for posting this
in a frantic in the late, late night. Sorry all.)

Hello,

I am new here and thanks for any help in advance. I did some research and am at my wits end.

Here is my issue:

I was attempting to do a timelapse on the HXV200. I set the FPS to 2 and was using a 32gb card.
I set it and checked in from time to time and the camera said it was recording the whole time.
I looked at the footage in camera playback and there were three thumbnail boxes. One was a test, and the other two were the actual project.
The two project thumbnails had pink boxes with the "!". (In my research I found that the pink boxes just mean that the clip needs repair?)
The first project clip had a tumbnail image, the other just had a grey box. The first project clip plays fine, but ends at some point in the middle.

My guess is that the 32gb card read a record time of 999mins and stayed that way for hours.
I think when it actually hit the 999th minute there was a break. The card at the end of the night read 762 minutes.

I made a disk image of the card, took it into FCP to log and transfer and it didn't want to do it.
It just gave me the red "!" Is there a way to link up the footage in the disk image to get it to log and transfer in FCP? Or am I screwed here?
I did accidently delete the gray box on the card in camera, so going back that route is no route at all. :crybaby:
But I have been told that if a disk image is made, that is an exact copy of everything on the card so I think I am good. I assume the footage is all
there, it just needs to get fixed to read correctly is all.

Also, here are the CONTENTS of the disk image.
